– Escaped a bases-loaded jam in the 5th with serious intensity
– 99 mph when needed and showed elite stuff under pressure
This marks his 7th career game with a scoreless start + home run (most since 1900, passing Bob Gibson).
Ohtani is officially rolling on the mound in 2026.
